Before we close out the year, I want to share with you a poem the Most High God placed upon my heart to share. It is a prophetic warning for us humans, especially for followers of the Lord Jesus Christ.
The time is drawing near when the King of Kings will return. Who can stand in His presence?
We must prepare our hearts for His coming and carve out time to study the Word diligently. We must fix our eyes upon that which is unseen and eternal rather than upon what is fading in our world.
Faith is required on this journey to eternal life. What is playing out before us on earth may not look like what we had in mind for our present or future, but we must stay hopeful and encouraged as we continue to live out our divine purpose and align ourselves with God’s perfect will.
I pray you would let the Spirit of God minister to you as you read the poem below. I pray you would have your eyes opened by the Holy Spirit and experience the wonders of His grace. In Jesus’ Holy Name, Amen.
For The One Who Seeks Life
The King of Kings is waiting
On the throne that sits above,
The hour now is closing,
Let your hearts be filled with love.
Let your hope never fade away
And let Him be enough.
For the one who seeks Wisdom,
For the one who seeks Life,
Seeks the King who defeated death,
And defeated the enemy’s lies.
A new day is approaching,
A new dawn now appears!
Those filled with His Spirit,
Will escape the wrath that nears.
